Southern Colorado is receiving more frequent precipitation in the form of snow than in recent years. This makes driving conditions a little less predictable on Blackhawk Ranch with the roads remaining snow covered especially at the higher elevations. Please be prepared for winter driving conditions on BHR regardless of public road conditions.
To improve communications, the BHR Board will send out notifications via email when road conditions change and during snow plowing operations to ensure we are reaching all property owners. We have also added BHR road conditions to the BHR web site https://blackhawkranch.org and will continue to improve official broad communications to property owners.
